These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rathvoria platform, website and related services provided by Rathvoria Digital Ltd. ("Rathvoria", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Ireland with its principal place of business at 14 Barrow Street, Dublin 4, D04 E5X7, Ireland. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Platform Overview
Rathvoria is a digital platform that provides data analysis tools, automated insights, a personal dashboard and related features to authorised users. Access to the platform is granted through a guided onboarding request process. Rathvoria does not guarantee access to any user and may decline requests at its sole discretion.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Rathvoria platform. By submitting an access request or using the platform, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Access and Accounts
Access to the Rathvoria platform is provided on an individual basis following a successful access request. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify Rathvoria immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4. Permitted Use
You may use the Rathvoria platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its underlying systems.
- Upload or transmit harmful, misleading or unlawful content.
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation or infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of any platform component.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features and functionality of the Rathvoria platform, including but not limited to text, design, graphics, software and automated outputs, are the property of Rathvoria Digital Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.
6. Platform Outputs and Insights
The structured insights and automated outputs provided by Rathvoria are generated from data you supply or from publicly available sources configured within the platform. These outputs are informational in nature. Rathvoria makes no representations as to their accuracy, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose. You use platform outputs at your own discretion and risk.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Rathvoria platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Rathvoria does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rathvoria disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rathvoria Digital Ltd. and its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if Rathvoria has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Termination
Rathvoria may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we determine in our sole discretion that termination is appropriate. You may also request termination of your access by contacting [email protected].
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
